Q: What is SEOULSPICE doing to keep guests safe?
A: We have implemented regular store-wide sanitization, hourly hand-washing, mandatory masks and gloves, and extensive detail-cleaning. In addition, all delivery and bodega orders are sealed with tamper-evident tape.
Q: Do I need to wear a mask?
A: Yes. We require everyone to wear a mask in our stores.
Q: What about social distancing?
A: Each store has installed social distancing markers and guidelines to encourage safe practices for all.
Q: What is SEOULSPICE doing for their employees?
A: Since the beginning of the shutdown, SEOULSPICE has not laid off a single employee. Our staff has worked tirelessly through the epidemic and they deserve to be treated with the upmost respect and appreciation. All team members are receiving bonuses, thanks to the generous support of our guests, government, and the success of our mobile bodega, HEART+SEOUL. To keep our staff safe, we have also implemented mandatory COVID symptom screenings (including a temperature check) before any employee clocks in for a shift.
Q: Why are you closing at 8pm instead of 10pm?
A: Many of our employees rely on the METRO system for transportation to work. When METRO begins to extend their operating hours, we will be able to stay open later as well.
