Using the site

You may use the site only if you can enter into a binding contract where you live, and only for lawful purposes. Please don’t:

• Break, overload or probe the site or its security.
• Use someone else’s phone number, account or card.
• Copy or scrape the site in bulk.
• Use the site to harm others or to break the law.

The site links to other sites, such as ezCater for catering. We don’t run those sites, and their terms and privacy policies apply there.

Online ordering

• Menu items, prices and availability can change, and can differ by location.
• The total at checkout includes tax and any tip you choose. Square processes your payment.
• Your order is placed when you get a confirmation from us. Until then, we haven’t accepted it.
• Orders are for pickup at the store you choose, at the time you choose.
• If something is wrong with your order, contact the store you ordered from. You’ll find its phone number on our Locations page.
• We may cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable. If we do, we’ll refund it.

SeoulSpice Rewards

SeoulSpice Rewards is our program for earning Hearts and trading them for rewards. Our Rewards page explains how it works today.

• We can change or end the program at any time, including how Hearts are earned and what they can be used for.
• Hearts have no cash value. You can’t sell, trade or transfer them.
• We can remove Hearts or close an account if we think it is being misused.
• To use a reward online, you confirm your phone number with a code we text you.

Text messages

When you give us your phone number, you may get text messages from SeoulSpice. These include verification codes (to log in, join rewards or use a reward) and, when we offer them, updates about your order. You get marketing texts only if you opt in.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@seoulspice.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Intellectual property

The site, including the SeoulSpice name and logo, photos, menu text and design, belongs to SeoulSpice or the people who license it to us, and the law protects it. You may view the site and use it for your own personal purposes. Please don’t copy, reuse or sell any of it without our written permission.

Disclaimers and limits

We work to keep the site accurate and running, but it is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t promise it will always work or be free of errors.

To the fullest extent the law allows, SeoulSpice isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, that come from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim is about. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after we post a change, you accept the new terms.
